Instead have having a New Year’s Resolution this year (that would only last a few weeks anyway), I am committing to some mindset and habit changes. These include:

1. Making a conscious effort to manage my:

– Internal Dialogue

– Mental State

– Physical State

2. Learning to say no to anything that doesn’t take me towards my ultimate goals.

3. Build others up and improve my own leadership skills.
